Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery

All services are delivered digitally. Translated documents are sent to the email address provided at checkout. There is no physical delivery. Files are delivered in the same format as the source document plus a clean PDF.

2. Timelines

Standard projects under 4,000 words: 7-10 business days. Priority: 3-5 business days (+25%). Rush: 48 hours (+60%). Timelines begin from receipt of confirmed source documents and are confirmed at the brief stage.

3. Delivery confirmation

You receive an email when files are delivered. If files are not received within the agreed window, contact hello@brillianttranslations.com immediately.

4. Certified translations

Certified and apostille translations involve notarial or official bodies. These timelines are confirmed separately and may extend beyond standard windows. We advise on exact timelines before work begins.
