About this service
We translate annual reports, consolidated financial statements, and management accounts for Portuguese companies with international shareholders or operations in foreign markets. We translate investment documentation including private placement memoranda, fund prospectuses, and due diligence reports for Portuguese and international investors. For accounting firms and audit practices, we translate client-facing reports and regulatory submissions. We apply IFRS terminology consistently and, for US-listed or SEC-registered clients, align with US GAAP vocabulary where required. For Portuguese legal entities reporting under SNC (Sistema de Normalizacao Contabilistica), we translate into the relevant GAAP or IFRS equivalent terminology in the target language.
