Academic and research, EU and public sector, healthcare, financial and accounting, architecture and engineering, and official notarial and apostille translations. We do not take projects outside these areas because we want to guarantee subject knowledge, not just language fluency.
Portuguese is always one side of the pair. We translate into and from English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, and Mandarin Chinese. Other languages are available on request depending on subject area and availability.
Every project is reviewed by a second, independent linguist before delivery. Both the translator and reviewer hold qualifications or professional experience in the relevant subject area. For certified translations, we work with sworn translators authorised in Portugal.
Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days for projects under 4,000 words. Priority is 3-5 days and rush is 48 hours, both at an additional cost. We confirm the timeline before starting work, never after.

We accept Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text, and most standard document formats. For CAD drawings and BIM files, we work with the technical team to extract translatable text. If you are unsure about your format, contact us before purchasing and we will confirm compatibility.
You receive an automatic receipt from Stripe. Within one business day, a project coordinator contacts you to confirm the brief, clarify any questions about the document, and set the exact delivery date. Work begins once the brief is confirmed.
